Message rates
Per segment, not per message. A standard message is one segment up to 160 characters; add an emoji and the limit drops to 70, so we show you the count and the cost as you type rather than on the invoice.

Prices exclude VAT. International destinations are closed on new accounts and opened on request — it keeps everyone's costs down and is the single most effective control against messaging fraud.
What we do not do
Credit bundles
No packs to buy, no unused balance quietly expiring at the end of the year, and no "double credits this month" offer that makes the real rate impossible to calculate.
Charge for failures
A message rejected before it leaves us — opted out, invalid number, no route — is not billed. You pay for messages we actually handed to a carrier.
Surprise you
